PACarts is the youth education arm of ValleyArts with the goal of providing arts education programs working with local schools and educators. Current programs include:

This program provides after-school arts enrichment within all the elementary schools in the Orange School district. Designed to go beyond the typical curriculum, these classes are taught by professionally trained teaching artists. This program is funded by a federal grant from the Office of Academic Improvement.
A Circus Arts Summer Program nurturing performance and creativity in the education of local children.
The 2017 program took place at the Rosa Parks Elementary School from July 5th-July 28th for grades 4-7. Participants learned and participated in supervised circus arts activities under the watchful eyes of master instructors.
Activities include stilt-walking, juggling, wire walking and various circus-related crafts. There is a culminating public performance at the end of the program.
Spoken word and poetry events for high school students from West Orange and Orange. A collaboration between ValleyArts and Luna Stage.
In partnership with Cinema Ed, Orange Preparatory School, and Drew University, Orange High School students worked with Drew students and professionals to create five-minute films that were judged by industry professionals then presented at Orange Preparatory School auditorium. Some of the films can be seen on the Cinema Ed website.
